You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Services. By using inteliQ on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information at all times.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes
Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the platform
Interfere with system performance or security
Use inteliQ to exploit, mislead, or manipulate individuals unlawfully

5. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated insights, suggestions, or recommendations are provided for informational purposes only. inteliQ does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or outcomes. You remain fully responsible for decisions and actions taken.

6. Fees & Billing

Fees are charged according to your selected plan, including seat-based pricing and usage-based AI minutes. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached, if usage is abusive, or if required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, content, and intellectual property remain the property of inteliQ or its licensors. No rights are granted except as explicitly stated.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, inteliQ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or business.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
